CW-09 Reactive Dye Wastewater Decoloring Agent

CW-09 is a specialized modified dicyandiamide formaldehyde resin cationic polymer engineered specifically for reactive dye wastewater treatment. It delivers industry-leading 99% decolorization rate and 80% COD reduction, outperforming conventional CW-08 formulations for textile mills processing hydrophilic reactive, acid, and direct dyestuffs.

Application Field

Specifically formulated for textile dyeing mills using reactive, acid, and direct dyestuffs in cotton, wool, silk and synthetic fiber processing. Suitable for both continuous and batch wastewater treatment systems.

Application Method

Dilute with 10-40 times water before dosing directly into wastewater. Optimal pH range: 5-10. Can be used with PAC or PFS for enhanced performance on high-colority effluents.

Package and Storage

Available in 30kg, 250kg, and 1250kg IBC plastic drums. Store at 5-30°C away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 12 months.
