CW-11 is an ultra-purified, low-dosage dicyandiamide formaldehyde resin specifically engineered for mining, mineral processing, and coal washing wastewater treatment. Its advanced formulation requires 40% less chemical dosage compared to conventional decolorants while delivering 95% color removal efficiency with zero detectable heavy metals.

Application Fields

Mining operations, mineral processing plants, coal washing facilities, quarry dewatering, and metal ore beneficiation wastewater. Suitable for high-turbidity water with suspended solids and color contamination.

Application Method

Dilute with 10-40 times water before dosing. Recommended dosage: 50-200 ppm depending on wastewater characteristics. Can be combined with PAC or PFS for enhanced SS removal. Optimal pH: 5-10.

Package and Storage

Supplied in 30kg, 250kg, and 1250kg IBC drums. Store at 5-30°C away from direct sunlight. Non-flammable and non-explosive. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
