CW-12 is a low-viscosity quaternary ammonium cationic polymer optimized for printing ink, packaging printing, and pigment manufacturing wastewater. Its unique molecular design achieves complete floc separation in under 2 minutes, making it ideal for high-throughput treatment facilities requiring rapid processing cycles.

Dilute with 10-30 times water. Due to low viscosity, CW-12 is easy to pump and dose automatically. Recommended pH range: 6-9. Can be paired with PAC for enhanced performance on highly concentrated effluent. Dose at 100-500 ppm depending on color intensity.

Available in 30kg, 250kg, and 1250kg IBC drums. OEM packaging available. Store at 5-30°C, avoid direct sunlight. Product is non-flammable and non-explosive. Shelf life: 12 months.
