Nonionic polyacrylamide is a kind of soluble high molecular weight polymer or polyelectrolyte.

It is the white powder or granule with the solid content ≥90% and molecular weight of 2-22 million. It is non-toxic, and can be dissolved in the water easily but not the organic solvents.

Main Application

1) the organic colloidal suspensions have special effects, can quickly promote sludge dewatering filter. According to the pollution. The nature of selection of corresponding type, dehydration, non stick cloth, filter without loose, high efficiency.

2) for the treatment of organic wastewater, such as electroplating, printing and dyeing, oil factory wastewater, alcohol, monosodium glutamate, sugar, meat products factory waste water, and city water.

3) for the paper enhance, improve dry and wet strength of paper, such as the addition of PAM-CSG-1 products in the papermaking process, the wet paper tension of paper increased by 10-20 times, dry paper tension is increased by 50%, mainly for kraft paper, paper, advertising paper, paper map.

Application Method

1. The product should be prepared for the water solution of 0.1% as concentration. It is better to use neutral and desalted water.
2. The product should be scattered evenly in the stirring water, and the dissolving can be accelerated by warming the water (below 60℃).
3. The most economical dosage can be determined based on a preliminary test. The pH value of the water to be treated should be adjusted before the treatment.

Packing & Delivery

1. The solid product can be packed in inner plastic bags, and further in polypropylene woven bags with each bag containing 25Kg.
2. This product is hygroscopic, so it is should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool place below 35℃.
3. The solid product should be prevented from scattering on the ground because the hygroscopic powder can cause slipperiness.
