Developed from dicyandiamide formaldehyde resin, CW-08 is a colorless or light-color sticky liquid (CAS No. 55295-98-2) designed specifically for treating wastewater from textile dyeing and printing mills, dyestuff and pigment plants, paper production, and ink industries. Its unique chemical formulation allows it to efficiently remove up to 60% of COD, making it a preferred solution for facilities striving to meet stricter environmental discharge standards.
CW-08 is especially effective for wastewater containing Reactive, Acid, Disperse, Direct, Sulphur, and Vat dyes. When diluted with 10–40 times water and added directly to wastewater, CW-08 quickly initiates flocculation, allowing color and suspended solids to settle or be removed via air flotation. For best results, the wastewater’s pH should be maintained between 6 and 10.
Unlike many conventional decolorants, CW-08 is non-flammable, non-explosive, and free of harmful elements such as aluminum, chlorine, or heavy metals. Even after long-term storage, the product remains effective—though slight layering may occur, stirring easily restores its uniformity.
CW-08 is available in a variety of packaging options including 30kg, 50kg, 250kg, 1000kg, and 1250kg plastic drums or IBC tanks, and can be customized based on customer requirements. The product should be stored between 5°C and 30°C, away from direct sunlight, to maintain its optimal quality.
