The tests show that the following physical and chemical parameters on bacteria growth is the most effective:
●PH:average range between 5.5~9.5 , between 6.6~7.4 is the most rapid growth.
●Temperature:can take effect between 10℃~60℃. Temperature above 60℃ , lead to the death of the bacteria , the temperature is below 10℃ when bacteria will not die , but growth is limited to the cells . The most suitable temperature foe 20~32℃.
●Dissolved oxygen:in the aeration tank of wastewater treatment , dissolved oxygen at least 2mg/L; Contains high resilience of the family of bacteria in the target substance metabolism and degradation speed to accelerate in enough oxygen to 5~7 times. In soil restoration needs appropriate loose land nourished or ventilation.
●Trace elements:proprietary bacteria race in its growth will need a lot of elements , such as potassium , iron , calcium , sulfur , magnesium , etc.,usually in soil and water element will contain more than enough.
●Salinity:are applicable in the seawater and freshwater , the maximum tolerance of 50‰ salinity.
●Poison resistance:can effectively resist the toxicity of chemical substances , including chloride , cyanide and heavy metals, etc.
